I need help (regarding hair, what to do and how to prevent balding)

I am 17/18 years of age, i’ve yet to actually start balding as far as i know. I’ve noticed a great increase of lost hairs in the shower or when i run my hands through my hair, but i have very long hair aswell as being deficient and malnourished.

The issue is that i know, that i will bald sooner or later. My father started to bald around his 20s. I believe i have very little time left to save myself but i’ve nowhere to look to for help and to understand what i should do when the day comes, im hoping to fix the issue as soon as it is possible.


please just suggest me anything, state the obvious. Tell me what i can do to prevent/fix hair loss/balding i have absolutely no clue as to what i should do

depends how bad it is, you can add minox as well with dermarollers

I think finasteride, a derma stamp, and topical minoxodil is enough to save u ur js thinning i can help you source these things like buy them online if u want
