I know the best one is currently in the US but minimum is 100k and to get the best of the best it's over 200k which is literally a quarter of a million

I heard that there are options on Turkey that are like over $30k but of course the lower the price, the lower the quality

Any recommendations or alternatives?

As for your question, I think most people go to Turkey for this surgery. Spending more money doesn't necessarily mean you'll get better results, but it would damn sure give me a little bit more peace of mind.

Your legs being permanently broken or your body being messed up will destroy your life obviously. Do your research on surgeons when getting anything done. Don't just go to the first surgeon someone recommends you.
