I need help Softmaxing

Hey Guys,

I've started to looksmax 3/4 months ago and I am almost 18. However In my country it is not allowed to get any aesthetic surgeries (apart from flap-ear corrections) while you're a minor. So I wonder what things I could do to softmax (looksmaxing without surgeries or invasive methods). My goals would be to get a more prominent chin and jawline and a beter eye area. If someone could give me some advice that would be awesome.

Turned 18 last year, I'm telling you what I've done. Definitely had some great feedbacks last year after going fullmaxing mode.

-Optizinc 30mg (every other day)
-Zinc Picolinate 50mg (every other day)
It will highen your Test, and you will shoot huge loads ngl.
-Magnesium 200mg (every Day)
-Vitamin D 5000IU (every day)
Will both increase test if you are deficient, and vitamin D will definitely make you stronger and will help your body absorb calcium more efficiently.
-Intermittent fasting (Every day to optimize HGH levels 20/4 is ideal or OMAD if you can)
-Workout to increase HGH
-Eat healthy (lots of proteins, good fats and the right quantity of carbs)
Fats are important af as they regolate hormones
-0,5 Broccoli a day (Sulforaphane + vit C)
-Cut out all sugars to increase HGH levels
-Chew HARD gums every other day
I used to chew 3 gums for some hours until they got hard and kept switching sides to avoid imbalances.
-Mew all day every day
-Every now and THEN I also apply some pressure to my chin, cheekbones and browridges

Thank you for your advice but I have some questions: first of all if I increase my T-levels will it affect my skin? I do not have the genes to chadmax but I can definitely prettyboymaxx. So good skin is a must.

Also due to my current work/vacation gap year routine I can’t really keep up a strong intermittent fasting routine, will it help If i only eat 3 times a day on a fixed hour?

I will buy high quality zinc, calcium, magnesium and vit D supplements tomorrow.

Well, I don't k know how high F might affect the skin. In case your skin worsens noticeably just derma roll.
Well for intermittent fasting you can do 16/8 then that basically means just skip breakfast
