I've basically been overweight my whole life, ever since primary school. I've never really put much care into my body or even my appearance, but I'm tired of being a lame cuck who gets no dick. I wanna be a slim thick bitch with a big ass and 20 in waist.
Currently, I am 5'3 1/2 and 195 lbs. I know I weigh a fuck ton, but for being 195, I don't think I look physically obese. I think most of my weight is aimed at my legs. I weighed around 225 lbs like 4-6 months ago and honestly, I'm not sure how I lost the weight. I do have less desire to eat/binge, but I'm still a lazy ass sack who does nothing all day.
I'm willing to do basically anything to lose as much weight as I can in the span of 2-3 months (around 20 - 30 lbs). I cannot go back to school looking like a contestant in a food eating competition. I'm not even sure what guys are into these days, but you gotta be one mental mf to turn down a Latina with a big ass and small waist.
I've tried starvemaxxing but that shit is only gonna make me feel like a zombie by day 3. Im not even sure if it actually works, I would need more advice on that. I'm thinking about reta or ozempic, reta is cheap but websites are sketchy. Im thinking of trying omad + 15k steps + water fast often. I don't know what to try at this point, pls help me
