I need help to gymcelmaxx and ascend

So I want a 5 day split (rn I do ppl rest push pull )
I also want to tell me what exercises to do how many minutes break between exercises how many protein carbs and calories I should eat . Also I want to tell me supplements and how to sleep good and how much cardio to do and all the tricks to have a perfect plan for the gym so I make the most gains out of it .
I am 69 kg 1.82cm 15 years old I am around 14% bf and I want to build crazy strength and good physique
