Basically my biology teacher said bonesmashing is wrong and that it doesnt work Can someone give me actual evidence/explain bone remodeling so I can prove whether he’s right or wrong? Like links or anything i just want to prove this bum wrong

so bonesmashing dosen't do shit, it only makes the skin around your bones temporarily thicker, and youd have to use some cream to cover your redness, also wouldnt recommand to do it if you do it on other places beside the zygos
so if you want growth if ur already 18 or above i could only recommand zygo fillers aqualix or implants
