I’m 17yo I weigh 190 with little muscle mass.
Any tips on losing weight in the gym or does anyone already have a weight loss gym routine?

Just lose more calories than you consume. Eating less would really help

I would love to hop on Reta, but I have Crohn’s disease and that would negatively affect it and could cause a flareup.

weight lifting doesn't burn that many calories

be in a caloric deficit, that's it
