I need help with diet

For breakfast I eat serrano ham everyday and chicken breast for lunch everyday. I consume 1000 kcal a day and 140 g of protein and im in an 400 kcal deficit. Do I get enough nutrients? I dont think so like calicum and vitamins I dont consume a lot can someone help me to make my diet better pls?

Yeah bro you surely get enough nutrients with 1000 calories. You could even do 800 and not worry abt it although be careful to not get below 500 calories.

I alr tried eating raw steak everyday and its wonderful but since i do Cycling and stuff I stopped eating it cuz i need a high carb diet and the steak is so hard to digest. But the blood tasted very nice
 
Yeah bro you surely get enough nutrients with 1000 calories. You could even do 800 and not worry abt it although be careful to not get below 500 calories.
For example what should I start eating? I could replace the serrano ham with mozarella (calcium) but vitamins and stuff?

Dude starvemaxxing is meme made to put down the competition, most people who are lean long term don t do carnivore, keto, primal bullshit. If you are still growing eat at a 500 calorie deficit and do at least 2x of lifting per week and 30 mins of cardio daily until you reach 15% body fat and maintain from there. If you are over 18-20 do a 700-1000 calorie deficit max under maintanance only for 12 weeks and from then do a 500 calorie deficit with one refeed day per week where you eat at maintanance.
Just eat normal healthy food and if you really are interested in going deeper read abt ray peat and aajonus vonderplanitz, tons of posts on them here

I aint doing carnivore and stuff i just want to make sure that i dont loose muscle mass. I also cycle on the bike everyday.

How much of a small ass framecel you have to be to cycle everyday and still have a maintenance of only 1400 calories?? Thats deadass 4'7 dwarf category.

Huh? Its only 1400 when i dont cycle. I burn 1500 kcal cycling everyday while cycling i weigh 60kg and hopfeully 50 kg soon

why not under 500 cals for like 2 weeks i was at 400cals per day and i was doing 5km's every day and i was hungry but i was fine

I don’t understand what ur saying. I changed it I’m at 900 kcal a day if I don’t do sports and stuff. So it’s a 500kcal deficit. I do sports in Zwift and the kcal are very accurate so it’s 900kcal + burned kcal on Zwift

Ahhh I looked at both diets ray peat diet isnt really mine, to many fruits, I dont wanna get insulin resistant with eating that much fructose. The second one is raw meat diet. I think its the best diet and also performed it for 2 weeks but had to stop due to my lifestyle. Its impossible to eat raw meat while also cycling everyday

Raw liver is one of the worst foods to consume raw because it's in the digestive system of animal so all the bacteria go there and if not cooked properly may cause you being sick

Again a miss type hahahha you mean carnivore diet and not cornivore diet. Yeah I cant do carnivore cuz I have to consume a huge load of carbs in cycling

Im 16 and 167 cm and 59kg I wanna go down to 50 kg while having the same or more muscle mass. I know Im short but it helps to have a high w/kg in cycling. Being short is good for pro cycling aka cycling in the mountains. W/kg is everything

Bro I dont really want to get any taller. Got has given a purpose and also for cycling 175 cm is the limit if you want to be good in the mountains. Also yeah nvmd cuz I need to loose weight for cycling I want to get to 12% bf or smth

I know that you are thinking how can he possibly live a happy life at 167 cm but I try to think positive and I have the father and the son at my side and the holy spirit in me. God takes all my burdens and gives me peace. And life is short so why bother being 167cm when you only live like 80 years. After that its heaven or hell for eternity

I aint the best currently but I cycle for the best team in the whole country currently. Im above average. But yeah im here cuz of the sience and to maximize my health and stuff. But i aint here for the blackpill.

Punch in what you eat on chat gpt and ask for a micronutrient assessment and optimtize within your macros based off that
