For breakfast I eat serrano ham everyday and chicken breast for lunch everyday. I consume 1000 kcal a day and 140 g of protein and im in an 400 kcal deficit. Do I get enough nutrients? I dont think so like calicum and vitamins I dont consume a lot can someone help me to make my diet better pls?
when i consume 1000 kcal a day then im in a 400 kcal deficit. Im still growing and if 400 is to much or to low then imma adjust it. Can you send me links of the forums you are talking about?
