I NEED HELP WITH GYNO ASAP

I grew up overweight my whole childhood and now am 16 , even after losing all the weight my gyno is still there ( i hate it )
Is there any way to completely get rid of it like rolaxofene without risking to mess up my hormones or should i just go get a surgery ?
