I NEED HELP WITH IMPROVING FACIAL RATIOS

Guys my fhwr is around 1,75 to 1,85 im not really sure but it's surely not in ideal range,my midface ratio is good my ipd is slightly wider than length of midface,my facial thirds are ideal and esr is around 48,5,so my question is would i benefit from any procedure that adds width to the cheekbones because it will make my esr better and fhwr better ,i would also need something for my jaw because it would be too narrow(it's already narrow)but that's my opinion i think my biggest flaws from the front are width of my cheekbones and jaw,i wanna hear somebody else opinion
