Go to a dermatologist and they will look at you for 2 seconds then prescribe you isotretinoin

Start from 10 mg or 20 use 3 months then make it 30 mg, no need to quit as it's the best will help u in many things not just acne like skin texture, prevents future acne etc.

they'll just put him on some shitty topical solution 2 times and finally give it for him after a year

im going to ask my grandma who is a doc to see if she has the ability to prescribe me it or if there’s any dermatologist she knows that can perscrive me it. if i’m not able to get it from a doctor i’ll try indiaMART
