I need help, and I need tips to grow much taller than my genetic limit. I'm 13 years old and I'm between 1.65 to 1.67 meters tall (5'5"). My mother is 1.55 meters tall and my father is 1.70 meters, which is quite short by today's standards. I think I could reach 1.75 meters, but it would be very difficult 1.80 meters would be purely due to genetics. Please tell me what to do, like what kind of diet, exercises, etc. I don't want to be short. Thank you.

I was literally the same my mom is 165 and dad is 175 and im now 181. So just have good habits with eating good and clean get everything u can every vitamin mineral and macro and be active. And sleep its most important

You need to reduce your estrogen levels to avoid premature growth plate closure. Some people recommend nuking your E2 to keep the open even longer but I'd advise you against that as it'll fuck with your brain development and has nasty psychological side effects.

Most important factors would be a lot of sleep and avoiding high estrogen food, there should be some good threats on reducing estrogen levels on here. Also try increasing your natural hgh production through weightlifting or other intense physical activity like sprinting.

That should help you to maximize your growth as of now, you can always hop on hgh later but at 13yo you're definitely too young for that.
