I have 2 questions
First is: how to do I mix everything? I was looking at the guide, and they told me to insert 1ml bac-water in to the powder. But because I’m going to take my mt2 with a nasal spray I don’t understand how 1ml is enough. The guide is so shit. Pls help me
Second question is why tf did I get 2 peptides with normal amount of powder. And the third with a weird thing in the bottom? (The one on left)
