I NEED help with my shit skin

Not sure what to do. Currently I wash with cera ve morning and night plus moisturizer

I have redness, and scaring, plus tons of tiny holes everywhere/black heads??

Retinol?
GHKCU?
Dermastamping?
Acutane? (Only worry with this is will it all come back if I hop off?)

I want to fix this now, so ANY help is appreciated.

Cerave was poor for my skin it didnt like it but that is individual. Redness and scarring retinol/tret/accutane will help, dermstamping doesnt look like you need it, ghk is ok as a serum but pinning is cope.

The holes you see are open pores.

You will benefit from retinol/tretinoin (tret is more powerful but you will get purging so more of a long term solution)

The redness probs come form the cerave but I am biased against it
