I need help with Tretinoin 📘

Im 17 and I just got prescribed it today can someone please teach me how to use it and get the most out of it.

Tretinoin 0.1%

I’m aware i need sunscreen but which spf and which sunscreen would you suggest

and which moisturizer, i heard aquphor is good for stuff like this

What to avoid as well?

when should i apply this and how to use it

Use the oral one

apply nightly using a pea sized amount, you can sandwhich it with lotion if your skin gets too dry, i would recommend a lightweight lotion that wont clog pores and a 30spf suncreen to use in the morning
btw accutane/isotretinoin is superior for acne
