God and I thought I was obese if this is real please just eat raw meet and stuff real food all you need to do eat as much as you want real food do that for a week if you don't lose any weight eat less and less in inil you are loseing the amount of weight your wanting and keep eating like that intill you get to a normal weight please don't give up man or your life will be hell literally hell fuck the woman fuck people don't do it for women or people at this point do it for your health you don't want to end up like my mother she's literally fucking 700 pounds or something like that now she's dieing mostly because of it she can't walk more than 30 seconds please for the love of God don't give up and end up so fat you can't walk you piss your bed don't or else I'm telling you if you gibe up in 3 years you will be in a lot more pain than if you lose some weight
