How much potassium in mg should I take daily to debloat? I’ve been drinking 3-4 litres and having about 1.2k mg of potassium and seen barely any results

yeah you should be seeing results pretty soon try getting caffeine in your system aswell

I soylent but my opener is too heavy to pick up so my wife’s boyfriend does it for me
