So im Anorexic and i really need help. I never noticed it because i was a fat fuck back then and i was really insecure so i decided to lose weight to the point i look like jordan barrett( not the face) im boneless as hell. Im trying to go back on my track to gaining weight without the shit diets and all. I really need tips to eating the right food without the bad ingredients and the right lifestyle. My wrinkles also started becoming more prominent due to extreme weight loss. Any answer would do

Follow this guide "Example of exercise regimen" part: https://www.ascendbase.pro/guides_health_mini-guide
Ignore the diet part in this guide and do this instead:
- Eat only unprocessed foods (up to your appetite, no upper or lower limits) and ~1.5g of protein per your goal bodyweight.
- You can also do carb loading (just eat more high quality carbs) towards the end of the week for a couple of days (if you want faster bw gain)
