i need help

i know im unattractive rn i blame it on my narrow face shape what can i do to widen it and what other things can i improve on ( im already working on the skin and ik my hair is bad rn so things other than that)

Feel like ur eyebrows are very good the rest of ur eye area not so much I think the moustache and goatee gotta go tho u said ur working on ur skin which is an obvious flaw in ur face but I think if u get a lot more width to your hair and grow it out it will look so much better also I think ur kinda bloated so just balance a 3-1 pottasium to sodium ratio and cut out any overly processed foods that are inflammating ur gut and u should be good great base tho
