I’m currently 14 and I want to improve skin quality tightness and skin tone I want to suplement in vitamin c and zinc for a boost in collagen synthesis so basically I think I want this vitamin c but I may change it if I see effiecient evidence on why pills arent the best way to absorb vitamin c and I’m also looking for what I should buy for the zinc supplement I want to get at least a months worth of zinc so like Mabye 5x or 10x the reccomended general daily consumption so if u know what that is I’d like to know please
