I need help

Im 14 and i know im young, i used to be ~85kg at 6'0(183cm) and im around 75kg at 185cm (6'1) in the span of 5 months. I have been going systematically to the gym, 5x/week and have seen good progress. I still have my love handles, small manboobs and no definition. I'm going thru puberty and ik , but im doing a fully nutritious calorie deficit of 1500cal. I want to be lean and have mass, or at least lose my love handles. Should i continue the deficit, and if yes, how much would it take for me to lose the love handles?
 
yes continue the deficit until you reach 15% bodyfat

0.7g/lb of bodyweight protein, 20-25% of calories from fats, every other calorie from carbs.
