I'm going to get braces soon for torturing my teeth for 11 years by bottlefeeding. My teeth are flayed out, but my pallate is 45mm, canine to canine being 35mm, i have a tooth gap, because of it, but i heard that this can stunt your maxillary growth. What should i do, and what should i ask during the consult, and is there a good way to proceed with this? Should i quit on braces till later? 15 btw.

Is a pallate expander needed for my pallate, wouldn't it be useless? I was told if the doctor follows my natural arch it should be fine, what do you say?
