Ik this a popular problem and many people struggle with it and it’s binge eating
I start the week of trying to eat healthy and I’m a minor cal deficit (to help skin,loose puffiness and also makes me more motivated)Monday and Tuesday go good 1800 cals 15k steps good exercise then bang I spiral after dinner and having a good day on Wednesday and eat anything unhealthy in can find just fit the sake of it even after being full then I’ll say I’ll lock in tommorow.
This has gone on for the last month and now my skin and face has got worse
Ik I need to be stronger but does anyone have any tips
 
Less/no food noise mitigates likelihood he binges, no?
It helps but it won't fix it fully, my approach would be to look at what causes him to be different compared to people that don't have the food addiction (and endless reasoning chain)

In my experience so far, just eat plain food with only salt and have some but MINIMAL tasty meals throughout the week. This has helped me alot of craving food. It helped me see food as fuel and not some goyslop that will make me comfortable.

Idk it’s like I’ll just remember how easy it was to eat whatever I wanted without being restricted by cals and just be like fuck this and binge idk
