Ik this a popular problem and many people struggle with it and it’s binge eating
I start the week of trying to eat healthy and I’m a minor cal deficit (to help skin,loose puffiness and also makes me more motivated)Monday and Tuesday go good 1800 cals 15k steps good exercise then bang I spiral after dinner and having a good day on Wednesday and eat anything unhealthy in can find just fit the sake of it even after being full then I’ll say I’ll lock in tommorow.
This has gone on for the last month and now my skin and face has got worse
