best soft max is loosing weight and clearing acne with somthing like acutane ore tretinoin cream and e3 cream and all the india mart skin care pharmaphy creams and fixing coluring

I’m already pretty lean and just started accutane however it has have me redness around my chin which I don’t knkw how to get rid of
