I need help

I recently cut but of my medial canthus but only the one on my right eye is working correctly, when I cut it I saw instant bleeding and it worked but on the left side no matter how much I tried cutting it there was no sign of instant bleeding and I had using slight force as I was doing it, the next morning my canthus on my left eye had a very slight cut (barley noticeable) but not as good as the right side, I’ll show it in the pics of the two cuts, does anyone else have this problem ?
