I need help

Iam gaining weight uncontrollably,I gained 12kg of fat in 4 months and I cant lose weight at all
What should I do except roids?

Highschool wrestling coaches actually used to (and maybe still do) have their athletes try to drop an entire weight class in times like 12 hours to compete against shrimper guys.

Basically they’d just not eat, not drink, and run like fuck all day. Can easily shave off like 10 pounds in a day if you’re athletic and have a lot of water etc.

if you do that you are going to lose weight. Just don’t starve yourself. Running like fuck on a deficit is how you lose weight.
