Before I can start calisthenics/gymnastics maxxing I need to know 3 things
1) My genetics for what kinds foods I should and shouldn’t eat and how it effect me ( VERY IMPORTANT)
2) Actual blood work not that blue pilled your in the “normal” range
3) overall athletic and muscle type genetics
Any suggestions for how or where can test for these things?
