Before I can start calisthenics/gymnastics maxxing I need to know 3 things

1) My genetics for what kinds foods I should and shouldn’t eat and how it effect me ( VERY IMPORTANT)

2) Actual blood work not that blue pilled your in the “normal” range :soy:

3) overall athletic and muscle type genetics

Any suggestions for how or where can test for these things?

Also to add the reason I’m doing calisthenics/gymnastics instead of lifting weights is because being lean slightly muscular fits my pheno

for test the more the higher mine is 8.50ng/dl and you should crave more
for 3
you shouldn't waste your time on it since you won't change anything

for 1 most of the time you won't have a problem with any food other than food with lactose such as milk, whey, and others

My dad has BAD psoriasis literally covers his whole body.

Diet is extremely Important. Some people need a lot meat in their diet some don’t. If you don’t know what you can or can’t eat on a GENETIC level your handicapping yourself

your case is special so don't get any advice from here diet wise

take the word of a physician and browse reddit for such similar cases for some insight


other than that, most people should focus on the basics of the macro and the micro
 
@Ada Mustang Any suggestions for genetic testing that covers the full spectrum, diet included?

You can achieve that in the gym more conveniently

You can achieve that in the gym more conveniently
IK weights build muscles faster but you have to stick with what you like

it helps with bones

if you are not growing don't take it since it has massive amounts of estrogen, and you will speed up the closing of you growth plates
