I was already 6'1 at 15, now 6'3.5 6'4. If you are 5'4 at 15 its over. You grow a max of 5 inches in your growth spurt, although even hitting 5 inches is extremely rare. Considering you are the last born, you will be around 5'7-5'9 Max. Ill be damned if you even reach 5'9.
