I need jaw shaving after my bimax

Mid-mandible and outer chin have too much vertical height now. It doesn't suit my face at all and my harmony took a huge hit. My face is too long and my narrow skull looks even more ridiculous. The surgery process is never ending and a constant source ofsadness. I just want to move on with my life and finally be happy.

Now where do I even start with this surgery... FUCK
