this is such an unpopular opinion even on org honestly. its because most people who get them are retarded and already have short philtrums and remove too much, which leads to that always open mouth look. mine is legit subhuman tier so anything would be better. and fillers suck

Lip fillers, however, can legitimately help in some situations where the soft tissue is fine and there's a Cupid's bow that's too concave, etc
