For diet, I just found my favourite foods so I could eat the same thing everyday. That way, I'm getting an exact amount of calories. If you're an autist, you will love it like me.

But even then, if your cut is more extreme, you can just get rid of hunger with stimulants or other substances. I personally hate working hard and am always trying to automate as much as possible so I can focus on more.
