I am 14 and I have a Nepalese background and I was cursed with a flat maxilla, I am currently undergoing puberty and need a no bs guide on how to develop my maxilla. Currently I am doing heavy resistance training and eating a nutrient rich diet while getting 8-10 hours of sleep also trying to get 30 minutes of sunlight a day what else can I do to help my maxilla development?
