I need ortho advice

TW: My orthodontist said its normal to have imperfections so i dont wanna hear: ask your ortho



Im 15M and i think i have jaw recession and a narrow ish pallet (tongue doesnt fit the roof of my mouth and my nostrils slightly colapse when i take heavy breaths). Ive heard about herbst appliance and many expansion devices but i have no idea if im qualified. i dont have ct scans, maybe i will in the future. by the images i’ve attached, what flaws would be fixable and with what appliances? i dont want surgery in the future so im kinda desperate to fix my flaws now.

Get invsaline and fix the teeth. Palatte expander isnt needed due too the fact that your midface looks good with more expansion it will mess up all the ratios. Don't listen to these greys

Your tongue doesn't fit cause your teeth are all crooked and inward people always say "WIDE PALLETE" and "PALLETTE EXPANDERS" just because most of the time people who have a narrow palette have a reccessed maxilla and a narrow face. Your not the case you do not need any of that.

i dont have space in my mouth, my ortho admitted. once my wisdom teeth come out it will be the end of me. i do not want to extraction, maybe im just tiktok brain washed
