Fuck i ate kinda too much sodium and like i already drank 4 cups of coffee. So like i think ima walk 12-14k steps and drink more water. Is it gonna helpas for now dont eat anything which has sodium in it and just remove the carbs for today and tommorow before date , today take melatonin and magnesium glycinate megadose to quickly put you to sleep ,also take pottasium chloride today and tommorow and tommorow before the date get a 1-2 hrs workout in to make sure youre mogging,also dont drink cofee for debloating it spikes cortisol and its not a good dieuretic and will make you feel less sleepy today![]()
