I'd rate you somewhere between mid and high mtn , maybe a high mtn on a good day, very dimorphic and angular face, side is good too , your main flaw is your lips , they are way too thin , also you have a negative hooding and your hairline kinda seems to be receeding a little in the first pic, your ipd is kinda off too but its really hard to change surgically, so overall inorder yo improve you'd need a lip lift, lip fillers and a canthopexy
