i need ratings and tips so i can stop obsessing

i’ve always been insecure and this is a first time post. I feel like i over obsess over my looks and am loosing my mind. rate and tips please. first one is a picture where im obviously frauding a bit, the others a pure lighting and showcasing maximum flaws

Big nose, recessed chin, long midface, narrow jaw, thin upper lip, unideal philtrum.

Look into a rhino and a genio (or chin filler), hop on some sort of retinoids for the skin, get to 10-12% body fat. Grow a beard if you can to hide the chin.

There's probably more you could do, but I'm too tired right now to think of anything.
