get the fuck off this forum, oh my god. You probaly didnt even hit proper puberty yet. But still, you can do the following to be NOT fucked later in life. Go to the gym, train martial arts, eat a lot of fucking meat and be as active as you can, stay away from all processed foods. Bone development will come from itself. Yes its basic advice but most of the people on this forum are out of their prime puberty years and have to resort to roids and other more violent approaches to Looksmaxxing. Plus in real life, most foids dont even fucking care this much. Many friends of mine look like fucking subhumans and still slay to an insane amount. Learn to speak and how to carry yourself. everyone is saying get off this forum etc, if u know ur not able to handle mentally then yeah get off, not saying this to be corny or sum, also recessed infras are something forever u can’t fix this, they were done growing by age of 7, and for upper eyelid exposure, u have to wait until ur browridge grows ase u develop during puberty
