I'll get rhino on top of full jaw implants + malar implants.

I'm hoping my rhino results will make my philtrum look less long so i dont have to go for lip lift

Either way, i will need to find paranasal implant surgeon in Europe after that to fix my chimp lip.

Also, since I really need to make my face more masculine, rhino makes sense.

Another problem is, I've a small mouth so I know adding wraparound implants for width (and angularity/ projection of course) will make my face even more uncanny for a while but I'm betting on the "mouth stretchers" appliances to add 1-2 cm to my mouth width. Otherwise, eppley it is jfl..

This is like playing at a casino except my odds are 1/10 chance of winning or even lower.

Rhino won't fix that. You can make your nose less upturned and lower it to cover a bit your long philtrum but it still won't change the ratios.

I wouldn’t do anything else to your jaw then if you’ve already done surgeymaxxing on it. Ig you could shell out for a rhino, luckily it’s not like you need a whole bridge raise or anything so it shouldn’t be too expensive. Also you look really young, how you afford those surgeries? Credit cards?
