My gonional angle is asymmetrical, what's the cause of this?

How’d that happen?

If you are fat leaning down can definitely make it more symmetrical, and the on side depends on how old you are? 16 and younger you probably can get more symmetry if you sleep on your back.

I dont even know it just appeared, its not that bad tho and it seems to be getting better but not sure lol
Im 17 but i started puberty a little late, test starting kicking in around this time last year, my growth plates aren't closed and my gh levels seem to be booming
Im getting tests done soon so I'll find out where I really am in terms of hormones
