I’ve tried everything
 
be active during the day, dont eat or use your phone 2 hours before bed, take melatonin, take hot showers, sleep with a blindfold in a relatively cold room

Melatonin, ashwaganda, magnesium, no phone 1hr before bed, red light the hour before, workout an hour before that, propranolol 30mins before bed

How is your light environment and EMF exposure? Is your diet good?
I have a tv in my room, xbox, pc, and 2 monitors. Diet is good

Further, you should know Ashwagandha is bullshit.

shorter on the sides and you need some texture it just looks really flat rn look into products

Consume Magnesium 2hrs before bed and red light in the night too
