Just use Tails OS, if you don't want to, maybe mullvad browser? If you want a VPN with it. It's a browser made with the TOR team and Mullvad, the company. Joint collab

For TOR alone though, you will want to have it with disabled javascript, + updated to latest version and downloaded from official site with hash checked
Ontop of this, not full screen so your screen size can't be finger printed [though i don't even think this works, how many people out there ill have your exact screen size lol. nooo they will find out i have 1920 x 1080 like everyone else]
and err pretty sure theres a setting that's like

A good VPN that's it. Tor doesn't work for online games also some kind of anti greifing system. I don't play games so do your own research

There’s other fingerprinting that full screen does excluding display size.
Tor disables everything like Javascript by default. All the settings are fully private by default.
Tails and Mullvad is good. Ideally you buy a used Chromebook for cash, and format it, then install Tails OS onto it and pay for Mullvad via XMR.

Tor already routes your traffic through multiple nodes anyway so you don’t even need a VPN necessarily to just view stuff anyway, assuming it’s not exploitative material of which I’d hope not.
