i am at a low bf % but i still have fat on my face way more compared to the other parts of my body, only thing im thinking of rn is my dehydration i drink like 1l-1.5 liters a day. if i could get some help that would be great, thanks.

i take little to no sodium per day, i mainly focus on potassium.

for my whole life bro icel i dont know why, as a kid i always drank juice and now i cant seem to drink more than 1.5.
