I need some help with my chin width.

I know damn fucking well this isn't the right sub-forum for this kinda talk. Even tho Offtopic is retarded, there's some people who know shit. But my question is the horizontal growth of my chin. While I am foward grown, both my mandible and chin, my shit is just narrow and round. Should I do genio or wait some more? Or just implants (most probably titanium/steel). Or masteron would do something? Please help.

Masteron is known to cause hairloss.
Try bonesmash (how hard you hit is most important).
