i will be getting braces and a lip lift surgery
i feel like its always optimal to do braces first, and then the lip lift
it would ascend me pretty hard but im scared that if i do the lip lift first, then it could look all fucked up after braces
or am i overthinking?

You’re not overthinking,
Braces can affect bite alignment and tooth alignment which can actually change your lips,
So you wanna do the braces first then the lip lift.

I think it depends on what your braces' treatment is for, if you have buck teeth, where your teeth are inclined and protruding forward, which can affect how your lip looks then yeah, get braces first and then the lip lift because you don't know what the result will look like.

However, if the braces are simply to correct spacing or crowding, then it really makes no difference, get them in the order that seems the most convenient to you.
