I don't think it works like that. While anybody can sponsor you, you aren't eligible to submit an I-130 unless you're an immediate family member of a US citizen or you won the green card lottery.

Yes, if she marries you in your country the process will take about 6 months (best case scenario) until you get your green card.

I think there used to be a thing called a fiance visa where she could fly you to the states and take care of the process there without you ever having to return to your home country. If that doesn't exist anymore it's more practical you marry in your country.
