For vitamin K, you eat green leafy vegetables. Oysters contain plenty of zinc, I think almonds also have nice amounts of it, not sure, look it up on google or ask ChadGPT. Raisings contain a lot of boron. Milk contains a lot of milk, 1 liter of milk contains 1200mg of calcium, it's all that you need. You could also drink 0.5l of milk, and add some yogurt, cheese, or vegetables. Tap water also contains calcium.
That would be the optimal way to get those nutrients in, if you can't just buy supplements for em. (I recommend vit d and k2, cuz they are the harder ones to get in, and high dose vit d is highly beneficial for testosterone, gh and bone development)
