i have never felt good about my appearence and i want to change somethings. This year i tried 2 girl got 2 rejection(they said im seeing you as friend xd) i believe its because of my chin and nose. Im confused if i need bimax or sliding genioplasty. Bimax kinda scared me im not sure if i can get it. I can get paranasal implant for nose instead of rhinoplasty. And is there any way to reduce upper eyelid exposure? What you guys think about all those? Im just tired any comment will be appreciated.

First of all, you should not be afraid. The results of bimax will be better and you can get paranasal cause you have big nasal bone. You can partially improve your eye muscles by working at home. You can apply routines that will make your hair more well-groomed.

So you mean im a good candidate for bimax?(i think bimax is one of the biggest surgery in the face you just smashing your face and reshaping) Wont sg give me enough projection? About hair and eye are you might right but im done with coping i just want surgery advice.

This is what you need and rhinoplasty if you want to :)

bimax and then look if there's any other major flaw

Yeah, you have a recessed mandible and maxilla- nasolabial angle is slightly bad but mandible is a serious negative. Supra orbital fat is lacking and infraorbital is also not ideal. It’s hard to say if that’s bc of fat or bone without seeing the front. Lateral cheekbones are also mediocre. Nose is also an obvious flaw. Drooping nasal tip- poor tip projection, mild dorsal hump, etc. Lip relationship is kinda bad (E-line is also non ideal). Honestly, you need either a Lateral Cephalometric X-ray or a CBCT to see what’s off. Your ramus is also short but you have to be careful with jaw angle implants- they can make your face look over bloated/boxy if not sized right.

What you want to do depends on your personal risk taking willingness and how much money you have. I would prioritize the jaw and eye area first as they are the most important and normally surgeons recommend doing jaw surgery before nose surgery anyway.

As for being friendzoned, it’s a good thing you understand they’re BSing you at 20 rather than waiting 10 more years, wasting time in the gym and other normie BS just to realize your face is the issue in the end. You still have time to fix things.

wow man im really appreciated for long explanation. you kinda seems like certificated looksmaxer xd. i have a few questions.
1- What would you do in my situation? If bimax, is it really worth it in my situation it seems like really invasive operation.
2- You said supraorbital fat is lacking? What should i do? i heard some ppl fat transfer to this area. Any advice about eye area? I have upper eyelid exposure but its genetic .d
3- I feel awkward when i smile do you have any idea why?
4-Any any idea advice i will really appreciated and will analyze.

and if it will help im adding my front profile.(im a bit sleepy in photo)

Bimax will solve the problems in the chin and jawline. You should get paranasal implant for better nose shape, all that's left is easy like hair care and eye muscle exercises. (you have great hair type and great eye color.)
