I'd recommend buying shoes where you can remove the insole and place your lifts inside of them to hide your lifts.

AF1 are a great option, any of those Nike models would add a lot of height.

Limit the size of your lifts though, you don't want a big fluctuation of your height when you need to take your shoes off.
